We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was wonderful, with the train station and metro very close by. The hotel facilities were great, with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom with a fantastic shower. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, everything was spotless. The staff were very helpful and provided clear check-in and check-out instructions. The best part was the location in the center, with easy access to transportation and the option to see the gardens for free.

We had a fantastic stay in Vienna really close to central station and other means of transports, Christmas Markets and the Haupbahnhof U-Bahn subway and nearby cafes and restaurants. We stayed here for 9 nights and will choose the place for future trips.

Always stay at this place in Vienna. Never regret it. Staff returned my forgotten shower bag. Perfect for me, has Wi-Fi, electric kettle, cookware, and a shuttle. TV, restaurant, no pets, no smoking. Coming back for my trip.

location was great and in a domestic area. and what's more, it was next to eateries and restaurants. there was a pleasant restaurant around 4-6 minutes away by foot from the apartment. we really enjoyed rooms, they were tidy with opaque windows high up.

The location was perfect for my travel purposes, as it was just a short walk from the main train station. This made it incredibly convenient for getting around the city and exploring all the attractions. The staff was exceptional, providing helpful information about nearby supermarkets and ensuring a smooth check-in process. The apartments were well-equipped with everything I needed, including basic appliances and reliable wifi. it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We had comfortable trip. The room was modern, decent sized, accommodation had an electric kettle, a microwave oven, and central heating, that's useful. We enjoyed its particularly good location close enough to the Belvedere and Belvedere castle. Plus it was located to sightseeing the historical Vienna.

The apartments were so conveniently located, I practically walked everywhere! And the green garden view from my window was just delightful.

Oh, just a small inconvenience, there were only three trash cans at the entrance bringing a lovely smell into the apartment. No biggie.

The bed was great with clean sheets, and the room was very warm. The hotel provided a coffee machine and a boiler kettle, which was a nice touch. The bathroom was great, and we received clean towels. The location of the hotel was amazing, as it was just steps away from the main train station and close to the metro station. We also found it convenient that the hotel was close to the city center and Belvedere Palace. The staff was very friendly and attentive, providing perfect indications to arrive at the hotel. The cleaning lady did an excellent job, leaving everything spotless. The Wi-Fi worked well, and the overall service was top-notch. We felt well taken care of during our stay.

My wife says that it would have been great if there were more child-friendly amenities available in the apartment.

The location of the apartment is ideal for business travelers. It is close to everything, making it the perfect starting point to explore the city. it is near the Belvedere castle, providing excellent walks in the surrounding area. the apartment itself offers a comfortable room with a soft mattress, ensuring a good night's sleep. the kitchen facilities are also a plus, allowing guests to prepare their own meals. there is a nearby restaurant where someone can assist with the check-in process if needed.

The apartment is not within walking distance of the main square.

The room at Grand Central Station Apartments was comfortable, with a huge bed, a lovely bathroom, and good cooking facilities. the apartment was clean, light, and airy. It's set back from the road, so it's very peaceful with no traffic noise. Free wifi, towels, and a hairdryer are provided. the location is excellent, with tram stops directly outside for easy access to all major attractions. the proximity to Belvedere palace and its beautiful grounds was a pleasant surprise. the walk to the city center is also enjoyable, either straight down the hill or through the scenic gardens.

The apartment was so cozy and felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, including a coffee machine!

Personally, I found the size of the refrigerator a bit small for our needs. However, I understand that others may not have as much food to store as we did.
